I want to build a small trailer to pull behind the TT. Anyone have any experience in building one?

yes, I do want my car to grow up exactly like yours. From your sig, all I can see is that you've de-amber your headlights and give your car a good stance... it's amazing how much those two things can do to a car.

yet, but I did use it to take my motorcycle to take my test and have used it to take construction debris to the dump.
Watch out on the trailer hitch though. They won't fit with a Milltek exhaust, I could not get it to fit with a Borla without serious modifications, though McPaudiTT did get his to fit with the Borla, YMMV. No clue how things will work out with the APR catback you have. They are designed to fit under a stock exhaust.

It was around $240 IIRC. The net was extra, and I put a tarp under that net as well to keep everything dry (and it worked, as it did rain on my way to the track).

setup that a guy pulled behind his Boxter. Had a stand-up rack for the tires and an aluminum locker box for his tools. He had a neat hitch that connected on either side of the license plate where the rubber bump stops come off.

only thing is - no place to keep it at home. I've seen several nice setup at NASA events, similar to what you described below. Most used the small harbor freight setup - and did "custom" stuff on top.
