Default You'll need a heat gun, like the ones used to shrink tubing or

a good and potent hair dryer...I believe Bluheaven has a good write up on it.

Do they make a replacement clear piece for it or do I leave its place blank?

Default some super glue, fast bond 30 or something...hence the heat gun ot soften it up

i kid on the fast bond 30, but it is some type of industrial thermal plastic glue.

Default I went to riso's site to help get the front end off...The glue that hold the light housing together

is tough but get a strong hair dryer and have someone help you. You will really need to heat the entire crease a bunch prior to pulling them apart. Once you start getting housing apart keep heating in areas and will come apart easly. Dont worry when you put them back together just as hard to get apart again. The orange lens just pops out and you put risos clear in. There are clips that hold the clears in so be careful not to break them. Here is a link..Click on clear corners then install

http://homepage.mac.com/risowu/OSIR/TT_HEADLIGHT_HOME.html</a

Default the side reflectors are heat welded through 4 small holes through the >>

housing. no marks on front side, just heat weld marks on the back. Dremel the 4 spots on the back and the reflector will just pop off.
