They have a set of the bit style that work perfectly. Shucks has electronic cleaner that you may want to try before buying a new MAF.
Just remove the MAF, spray all the connections and sensor bits liberally and let it dry, then reinstall.

I am doing that very trick this weekend myself to see if that helps my pathetic Mass Air Flow #'s
