Default The TT does have that rare custom look, which is why I'm having a hard time letting go...

It's that rare contemporary look which sets it apart from the S2000, boxer, 350z, and Z4's... Those cars are all a dime a dozen, and I see them everywhere!

Maybe Steve was right... food stamps in the future!

Default You probably do NOT want to know how little I've spent on my car . . .

. . . but let's just say that after eight years--if I don't include the set of tires or the new battery I just purchased last month, both which were original to the car--I couldn't buy a decent suit with what I've spent. Heck, I'm not even sure I could buy a decent pair of shoes.

Mind you, I'm only in 50,000, and tomorrow, after I pick the car up from the body shop (it's in for a minor rear-end fender-bender), the engine will probably fall out. But today, I still love my car.

Default Oh, and I hate to say this, but here's one MORE example . . .

My CD changer starts acting up, but a couple of months after my warranty ends. I took it in to the dealer, and they replaced it, free of charge.

Now I don't know how much it would have cost had I had to actually pay for it, but I'm guess it would have been more than a new suit.

I am so going to be in trouble one of these days soon, eating every last one of my words!
