If a DV smooths throttle off, what's best to smooth gradual throttle on?

Default If a DV smooths throttle off, what's best to smooth gradual throttle on?

I've got the GIAC on a 180Q, but both stock and chip show the mild and varied surging during gradual throttle on. Nothing pronounced, just variance in the pull and I like a more linear delivery.

What best smoothes out the TT spool-up? Intakes? Neuspeed TIP? K04...?
