Specifically, the passenger front "joint" where the window,top and car meet? TIA

I have a slight leak on the drivers side window where it meets the top.. Usually only leaks when at
the self car wash (pressure washer)

nope......although it could be argued that it is never outside....
I have been caught in alot of rain (Asheville for instance) and never noticed a leak

Not in the rain but, If I spray the hi-pressure hose around the windows I get a few drops inside.

No leaks in the rain, but with a directed hose it leaks exactly where you describe - at the joint.

Not if I don't open the door
That is, the water collects at exactly the spot you mentioned, but until I open the door, it doesn't flow into the car.
