Nope... the material that is there will do the trick fine.
Seeing as how Steve Schwing and Scott (Houttni) are not around, thought I would jump in and give you an anser. You can add some silicone, but it's not necessary.

Also... You might want to clamp the lense & black housing together for a tighter fit...
but use a clamp that doesn't have too much tension as you don't want to break anything. The "grey-glue" thats on there is enough.
