Default I'm annoyed at the weird noise I'm hearing...

every time I go over a speed bump, railroad track, uneven road, etc, I hear a weird squeak coming from the front end. It's starting to happen more frequently now, even when I go around some turns. The sound is similar to when you step on a loose floorboard in your home, that deep cracking sound. Anyone know what it might me? I'm going to try to take up to get looked at soon but my TT is out of warranty. Also, anyone know any good repair shops in Northeast Ohio, Cleveland area, besides the dealer?

Default This is becoming absurd. SO many people are having squeaky

sway bars these days.

You need to lube the bushings on the sway bar.

Default Same thing for a quick, sharp whistle?

The noise I'm getting is kinda a mix between metal-on-metal or possibly air eeking out of a shock? Just curious if it's a normal noise as our Z3 also had the problem...

Default They sound like an old rickety wooden chair that hasn't been wood

glued in 40 years. Creaky and loud as hell. So much so, you can almost feel it.

My rears are real bad. It almost sounds like a rattle now.

Default Exactly!!...

I'm no mechanic though, any idea on what the dealer would charge to do the lube job? Is it easy enough to take it to a local foreign car repair shop and have them do it? Thanks for the input.

Default Mine is more of a real quick, high chirp, not a creak...

Try whistling as fast as you can.
The noise is faster than that.

Default Same here, My whole car makes noise......

The front end makes noise....

There's a very annoying rattle coming from behind the glove box.....

I finally had to throw the rear privacy rack out of the car cuz I coudln't take it anymore.

and now the REAR plastic surrounding that goes around the rear window is rattling.....

I'm going to have a laundry list of crap for them to fix!!!
