Im gonna measure pressure differentials in the intake and also measure pressure on various points on the exterior (at different speeds).

Any idea what range I should get?<ul><li><a href="http://www.dwyer-inst.com/htdocs/pressure/Series2000Price.cfm#CRA">Dwyer</a></li></ul>

Default I'd probably go with.....>>

0-10. The one I have is 0-25 and not as sensitive at low levels as I'd like..

BTW, I mounted in a standard electrical outdoor box as seen here:

Default why? I'm sure Steve has measured them all and found all the "gremlins". He might have the answer

Default well steve is probably the better person to ask if only...

because im a NOOB

however, this gauge can measure the difference in pressure bettween two points in the intake system

so then you can see that say, air pressure before the MAF for example, is A. And after the Maf it mnight be B. And then you would know wether the Maf or any given component in the system is reducing air flow.

You can also use it to see if air pressure is higher (edit) than ambient air pressure say if you wanted to find areas of high or low pressre on the front end of your car at various speeds
