Virgina rules. Going with the flow is not an excuse. Do not turn on your radar detector, the
highway patrol in VA have devices to find you and you will be stopped, fined and your detector will be confiscated.
Take your time and enjoy the bucolic beauty of the state. Assuming you will be on I-81, when you hit Bristol, TN, go with the flow. From the Tri-Cities airport to Morristown, its the IHRA (international hillbilly racing association), but keep an eye open for bovines and slow moving farm equipment.
Once you get to Knoxville, 7 mph over the limit is all I'd try.
Good luck, god speed and for goodness sakes, somebody help SunSeTT and rig a drawing for him or something. That poor guy is snake bit.
