I'm new
Hello.
For a long time I dreamed of owning a TT Roadster. It started shortly after I bought my A4 2.8Q in 97. It was such a great car (sold it two months ago) that the idea of a TTR replacing my 325iC got me pretty excited.
Well, Audi took their time and got it right, but my patience wore thin. I test drove the Boxster and walked because of the excessive pricing of options. I ended up buying the M version of the Z3.
It's a fine car, but I was constantly reminded of the lack of quality of interior materials etc. whenever I climbed into my A4.
As it turned out, it was my wife's 'turn' and Audi finally got it together. The planets lined up and we picked up her 225TR in mid-June.
It has exceeded our expectations.
The MZ3 has far more power and better handling, but a smile creeps up everytime we're in the TT and point out yet another feature that BMW can't seem to comprehend in their designs.
I've been lurking around here for a while and I've learned a great deal already.
Thanks for that and I hope I can return the favour over time.

Welcome, now all you have to do is convince your wife that she really looks better in the Z
