Default Looks intriguing, however, I'm going with a sealed sphere...hemisphere actually. Btw, anybody know

where to get nice sturdy locking ball sockets in varying dimensions? =8^)

Default Like I said before, I can help with your system. I just need to spend more time in the alley, that's

all.

Default How is that deathbox or the sealed sphere. I have only dealt with sealed and ported enclosures...

The loudest I ever had were 2 ported 15's. The best sounding were 2 12W6's. I love JL. What does anyone suggest for the best sounding (SQ) subwoofer cabinet design for the TT? Are any of these Spheres or death boxes worth it? Also, I still have the 12W6's which are practically brand new. I would like to use either one or both of those. Any suggestions?

They are custom built enclosures. Best SQ enclosures are generally sealed.

Default So you're saying that my sealed enclosures I have worked with before are equal or better than the

Deathbox or Sphere?

Default Alot of variables there. #1 never heard a deathbox, or a sphere. The "sphere"

or, more acruately, hemisphere, is something I'm designing for my own ride, so I have no idea what it will sound like yet.
#2 I have no idea how your box was built, what volume it has, what the ideal volume for your driver/s is/are, or what you have driving them.

Default Box is a custom enclosure currently built for my Durango with 2 JL Audio 12W6's wired down to 1.5

ohms and then run off of an Xtant Amp. Box and amp are being replaced likely.
