I called Audi (Norway) today to get some info re. the modifications. I asked if it was possible not to add the spoiler.

They told me:
Either the spoiler would have to be applied to the car, or (more likely) if you didn't want the spoiler, you could sign some papers that says you know about the stability problems and that Audi takes no responisbility if accidents happens due to this problem.

A decision would be taken in March and would apply to all countries...
