Default Haven't checked, but does the PS2 have a S-video out in the back?

Also, does S-video also include audio in the same cable?

Default Agreed, always go for the highest possible upgrade.

Has anyone pitted during a race? what actually happens?

One of the computer cars pitted during one of the European championship races. And it was on the last lap. didn't make sense.

Default Forget Radio Shack.

You need to go to Best Buy, Media Play, Circuit City, Toys R Us or other store that carries PS2 hardware to get the cable.

The one I got has both RCA and S-Video connectors on it and cost under $10.

It's embedded in the media connector.

Default I pitted accidently last night and it goes into auto-drive and drags you...

...through the pit at a slow speed. I'm assuming that if you were in an endurance race and something goes wrong with your car, repairs would be made in that time.

Default I did that too in one of the Beginner's races and thought that it would do

things differently during the Amateur races. Did you happen to notice what conditions your tires were in before/after the accidental pit?
