he could always grind the weld down and separate the muffler from the long section for shipping.

Default Chip, VTDA intake and Forge/Blueflame dyno over just Chip....

for my exhaust he referred to another guy but that was over a year ago.

Default So-- I guess I'm getting an exhaust huh?

Thanks to both Schwing and Joe at VW Vortex for the graphs. Looks like maybe 1/2 second in 40-80 time. Probably can feel that. Certainly can notice it on track days. (I hate it when people pull me down the straights.)
One other observation ---Schwing your Vag Com graph seems to line up well with my 40-80 3rd gear time of 6.5 seconds Looks like you show about 6.0 with the exhaust.
