Default 2001, no lighting, replaced twice 2002 and 2003; still no lighting.

I've tried about everything to get something to light up using any guide available and have been vexed on this "mod." I want the cluster to light up without the parking lights or headlights. Black on black with tint, it gets dark in there!

Default late 2001, no lighting. missing pixels.

haven't tried to re-code it b/c i like no lighting in the day.

just missed the recall

early 2001 & ditto. Though lighting during the day would be nice.

hmm, I'll try the VAG trick... I'd like daylumination.

it registers more than actual, it may be an issue with the sender, not the cluster. Pretty easy fix. You can try Techron in a couple of tanks. If that doesn't work, taking the sender(s) out and cleaning the contacts should.

it may make a difference whether the TT has an immobilizer.

Pre-immobilizer, no lights.
