Default Where does one apply for this position of Audi TT Instrument Cluster Settlement Administrator?

or is a new one elected every 4 years?

How about the turn signal control module? I had to have that replaced under CPO warranty, but still cost me $50 for the deductible. Is that part of the instrument cluster?

Turn sig. module is not part of the cluster...sorry
