I think it flashes "fast" if one bulb (front or rear) is out.

The emergency flashers work fine. The turnsignal problem is intermittent. It didnt do it at all today( and i use my turn signal quite a bit) I'll wait until it does it again and go for the hazard switch. It just bugs me that it started this the day after i removed the light housings etc.
