Default Issues w/ turbo outlet pipe

I've had no problems with this until a couple of days ago. I down shifted, normaly and the turbo out pipe popped off. ok... no problem, fixed it, it was fine for a day popped off again...? I don't know what would be causing it, don't mind fixing it, just a pain in the rear. I did replace it with the Forge pipe, and im running at 15psi max boost... If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

Thanks

Default Assuming it is the charge pipe you are describing>>>

where is it popping off? With 2 clamps holding it down, and hose clamps on both ends...it would seem to be near impossible to move if tightened down correctly...

If a hose is popping off, then you may want to invest in good clamps...

Default Trimming is everything...

It could be that it's just not seated properly.

When I did my DV relo last summer, the hose between the driver side IC and the throttle body began popping off. This was simply because while I had trimmed it perpendicular to the pipe, the angle at which I'd trimmed didn't allow it to seat properly on the IC outlet.

Get yourself a couple t-bolt clamps from Napa while you're at it. Great little piece of hardware.

Default If you've got the Forge hose in there I'm not sure how it's popping off

That's such a tight fit between the turbo and the pressure pipe that it almost seems like it'd stay on without clamps. It must not be getting seated on the turbo correctly.

Thats what I was thinking, or the clamp moved when I was tightening and didn't seal properly

Default It is very difficult to get that bottom clamp on

make sure it's actually sitting flush all the way around the base of the hose and not kinked at all. If it tightens at an angle then it'll work its way loose pretty quickly.

Default I had this same thing happen with my forge pipe.

Ended up being the clamps I was using. They were striped out at the tightened point. I found out that is why they say you should get new ones when you get the new pipe.
