If your reading this tomorrow...I gots one more question for you...Again, I haven't looked under to car to verfiy these crazy braces but I don't like the line about the car could tip over! Is that with the factory jack only? I'm using a regular hydraulic floor jack, do I still need to be extra careful? Or, could I jack each side up at the previously discussed control arms locations and then jack stand at the donuts to avoid 'tipping' the car. I think I'm almost there...LOL

Since you would be placing the jack under the Haldex brace, which is in the center of the car, hte car would be balancing on a single point. If you were to put pressure on one rear corner of the car with a jack stand under it, the car could fall off the jack itself.
So long as you are careful, it will not be a problem. I have done exactly what you want to do, it is very easy. I know Emil has done the same thing as well.
