Default Jeff... sent email, but will post here too about aux concert >>

I am wondering if I have the option to do the AUX input with the cd changer in the BACK as opposed to the front behind the radio...

Default Well, ya, anywhere along the audio line. All you are doing is switching the audio signals...

you can open the cable and find the red and white shielded cable for the audio.
Cut that, splice in a relay, or actually a DPDT Toggle switch.
wire in a stereo min-plug and you have a Aux in alternative.

you do need to have the changer present to make this work.

Default i reached under the back panel under the cd changer....

pulled out the wire and brought it where i could get to it, carefully spliced into the audio wires, and am now in the process of wiring it up to a relay... ughhh this is painful

Default No relay!! but made it work >>>

gave up on the flip switch... instead wired female mini jack tucked under the panel and into the cd changer side and a long male mini jack to the deck side of the cable... Now if i ever want to use that crappy cd changer again i just plug female to male mini, otherwise... ipod or carputer!! thanks Jeff!
