just called to see if my car had any recalls...
the service tech told me that my car has 2 recalls, one KX and one VX or something like that.. apparantly it just shows a code and doesnt say what they are for, he was supposed to call me back but he didnt. Anyone have any ideas as to what these 2 recalls would be? my car is a 2000 180TT FWD coupe.. thanks!

you can get recall info thru edmunds but they don't list the Audi code letters.

You are one lucky TT owner, hang onto those control arms... you will never again be
satisfied with the handling if you allow the suspension mods... I know, the dealership accidently did the mod to my 2000 TT and then graciously re-installed the original MK1 arms.. no offense to those who have em, but with the MK2's the TT drives like a tank.

Yes you can. The recall was voluntary. Tell the dealer that you just want to spoiler...>>
without the suspension mod. There was also a recall to replace the rear control arms. Ask the dealer about that.
Just remember...KEEP THE MK1 ARMS :-)
