Default R&D never stops though
and hopefully there will be a solution for any car i buy in the future. mine has already more than paid for itself.

Default true. You're right but but they've sold enough to pay for past R&D...
cable price could have been reduced a little bit.

Default Ditto, when I start to get more experienced with it I'll register or get the cable....
and software from them. Mine works fine with the freeware version.

if the price is really an issue, buy a used Ross-tech cable from someone on AW or Vortex
