let's see if I have this right:
WE have to tell all the dealers about the *real* TSBs (because they never read them or even know about them), and the dealers have to tell us about all the *imaginary* TSBs (because ... well, haven't figured the reason for this one out, yet).
Anyway, I am definitely convinced that we are the only people reading these TSBs. I see little point in complaining about this to some AoA intermediary droid. The only way anyone is going to pay attention is if we can get this message through to the people in charge (are there any? do they ever listen? how to make them listen??) wish I knew...)

Interesting because...
The system was designed so that if a tow truck operator turned the ignition on to have the lights on and towed the car with 2 wheels on the ground it still would not cause a problem (a solenoid activates only after the engine reaches a predetermined speed). Earlier designs failed this scenario.
