I called the dealer, he said that I shouldn't worry it was only spillage. Should I be concerned?

yes, you should be worried. The Haldex fluid is injected from underneath, through the bottom mounted drain hole (after the old fluid is drained of course!). When the fluid is injected, the injector nozzle is quickly withdrawn and the drain plug and washer quickly replaced. You wipe off any drips and voila!
So, if there's a "puddle" a lot of fluid is coming from somewhere; not good in my opinion; there's not much fluid in the Haldex anyway.

My wifes A4 is like this after they change the
motor oil. There are several ledges, etc.
that the old oil hides on after being changed.
After a day it drips or burns off. Usually
is no more then a 2-3 inch puddle. If it is
Haldex fluid, have it checked ASAP.

there is a cross-bar right near the drain hole. Mr service tech. was wiping oil from this area 15-20 min after he filled it, and it was still drippiing a bit, some 30 mins later. He *did* wipe all around, and under/over this bar.
If your tech didn't, he wasn't a dillegent as mine. Sorry.

whatever funnel and can you use to catch the old oil.
So, after you've replaced the drain plug and wiped there shouldn't be any significant drips at all; and certainly not a "puddle" as he describes.

https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/344108.phtml</a

it looks like its leaking from the plug, and it may have been crossed threaded. I can't make it back to the dealer before Tuesday, do you think its safe to continue to drive?

To the left and down from where the oil is draining out.
Oil was dripping from this hole here also, after draining.
