Default this is all second hand info but...

theysaid it just sucked dealing with bitchy people all day. constantly shuffling cars around and cleaning them. A friend of mine told me he spends most of his time washing cars while wearing a suit. If there is an accident, which there will be inevitibly the way they have to stack cars in the lots, it goes on your insurance. That and the hours are horrible. like i said, this is just what they told me.

Thanks, all good info. I need some ammo to fire back at the interviewer today!

Default Okay, so the interview went very well and...

They squelched the "putting the claim on your own insurance" question. Apparently it's a common misnomer by the way the intervier rolled her eyes. Other than the hours (730-6 m-f and 830-1230 every other sat) it seems like a great job. Said you could be making 40-60K in two years based on your sales figures.

There are three more interviews left. I'll keep everybody posted.

Default revisit the insurance thing...

the way my buddy explained it, and this was directly from him in his position at enterprise, you get one accident that is covered by their insurance. After that it goes on your insurance. My buddy said if he gets into a minor one, he is going to turn it into a major one just because. Then quit.

Be leery of the way they try to pull you in with the money figures. a solid position doesn't use that as a selling point. salary is a discussion after they offer you a job. and what will you make in the first 2 years?

Like I said I hate to be a downer, but I have had 4 friends with the same job for enterprise in different locations. only one of them is not looking for another job. It's your choice, I just want to offer the info I have.
