Default Just picked up a TT, need help

I just traded one of my cars (e36 318) for a TT that needs some work. Its throwing quite a few different codes and runs pretty bad. It doesn't want to accelerate after 1/4 throttle and idles pretty bad. When i scanned it with Vag-com my first though was it jumped timing by a tooth or two, but i just looked it and the timing marks match up. Wondering if you guys had any thoughts on what could be wrong. Here are the results of the scan.

If the coil packs havent been replaced. replace them, and the plugs. replace your MAF. Check (actually just replace) all the turbo hoses for popped off hoses. check for vacuum leaks in the PVC system. Check/replace the cracked vacuum lines.

That should tackle a lot of the codes to get it to a more reasonable level to work with. Going to take some work, but you will get there.

Pretty much anything rubber will have to be replaced at a car of this age.
