Default KeyFob Questions

1. Can I just replace the battery and not loose the programmed settings ? (I only have 1 key)

2. How the heck do I replace the battery ? I got it appart, but then what ? (sorry for the noob-ness of this question) I saw some diagrams of how it's done, but searching around didnt bring me to them.

Thanks in advance !

Default Look at the link. It is O.K. now..

For the battery replacement look at this address:

But you will have to use a web translator (German to English)
like:

Default with a name like techno and you can't replace the battery? sorry just kidding.......

pry open the two pieces using the little notch, open the back part, where the keys attach. The battery is in that part. You may have to reprogram, just push the lock or unlock button once, on the key fob, then put the key in the door lock and turn to lock or unlock

Default Follow these directions...it's easy...

I replaced the battery only a couple weeks ago and had no idea what it involved. It's simple. And reprogramming it is even easier!
