Default Knock Sensors Too Low - Int. Cont. Module Malfunction - Whoopee!!

I am a little stumped. After replacing the temp sensor, the coolant hose flange and cleaning the fuel injectors & replacing all the injector o-rings the TT is running better and not leaking coolant anymore but... I am noticing hiccups under full throttle at high RPM's. It is throwing these codes:
P0327 16711 - Knock Sensor 1: Signal too Low
P0332 16716 - Knock Sensor 2: Signal too Low
P1386 17794 - Internal Control Module Malfunction
Every time I clear them they come right back. I disconnected the MAF on the off chance that it would improve the situation but instead I got a CEL, a code about the MAF signal being too low along with the return of the other 3 codes and the car still runs like sh#t. I also replaced the vacuum hose to the FPR since it looked like it had seen better days. No change. I have the starter hose kit from Hose Techniques and I am going to replace all the vacuum hoses this weekend. I am thinking that it is running lean...maybe a leak in a vacuum line?? A bad FPR?? Anyone seen this before?
Thank you!

Default Uh oh - that's electrical. And it's the ECU.

Did you have your ECU chipped recently? It could be that you severed a knock sensor wire while doing the injectors, etc.

Default Stock ECU but I will double check the wiring around the injectors...

...it makes perfect sense that something might have gotten disconnected. Thank you...I don't know why I didn't think of that.

Doesn't a bad ECU usually throw a lot of other codes too??

Default Well, mine did - but they soldered across circuits.

First thing to look at for "low Signal" is wiring to the component. I used to get it for the N75 valve until I replaced the connector and wiring.

I guess if the ECU doesn't "see" the knock sensor, the timing retards to a safe range and stays there - not good for acceleration, etc.

Remove the sensor, clean underneath with a wire brush, fine sandpaper, steel wool, reinstall and torque to 20ft/lbs (I think).
