Default Lateral Acceleration Sensor (G200)

Does anyone know where i can buy a used Lateral Acceleration Sensor? I can't find one on the US eBay site. It's all over the German eBay site but it will not let me buy from there. $500-$600 from the dealer or part store is insane!

Pretty sure that it's in the cabin, not by the axle.
