1. Either UAL flt 93 was shot down (unlikely)
2. Overpowered hijackers put the jet into a wild dive from cruise at 31k feet, causing the airframe to begin breaking up.
It's interesting that the destination field in the transponder was changed from SFO to DCA enroute. No one on the news seems to be saying much about this.

On Tuesday, I hear two F16's tailing a jet in Penn. Next I hear a jet has gone down, but with very minimal TV coverage. You would think that the onboard controls of a major airplane would keep it from nose diving into the ground, unless it was say SHOT DOWN. I will bet the black boxes will not be found, and if they are, the info will be very questionable. Just me with my own opinion
