Lease end questions

Hi all.
The lease on my TT is up at the end of May. I got the letter from Audi the other day with my buyout price, which is 25,561. My car is still in good condition, and only has 19.5k miles on it. I'm thinking of keeping it, but wanted to get opinions on:
1) Does this this price look decent? I checked prices on audiusa.com for similar certified pre-owned coupes, and saw a range from $24,000 $29,900. But those come with the Audi CPO extended warranty. Edmunds says dealer retail (non-CPO) should be $25,599.
2) Has anyone had any luck negotiating the buyout price down with Audi Financial? On my last lease, I was able to get them down more than $3k, but that was through a bank, and they really didn't want to take possession of the car.
Thanks.

I don't think TT's are holding their value as well as they were expected to by banks/Audi a few years ago. My residual is listed at $23K after my four year lease ends in '05, but a year from now I just don't think that number is accurate of the used car market.

Always try to negotiate the buyout - the used car market is full of lease returns, and there is a good chance that Audi Financial will negotiate somewhat - you certainly aren't out anything by asking. Obviously, you needn't volunteer that your car is in pristine shape in doing that negotiating.
