Let me be CLEAR about my earlier Mustang/Eclipse comment.

You're right... you can "shout about your TT here"... but you have NO "right" to slam ANY other car
in doing so. Your attitude is bigoted and elitist. You have a great car, no question. But it doesnt require you to knock everyone elses ride down, or comment on their sheer numbers to accomplish it. Enjoy the TT but give the other cars a break wouldya!?!

Your two posts say more about who you are...
than about anything salient to the TT or Mustangs or Eclipses, or any car, for that matter. A true car enthusiast appreciates each vehicle for its strengths, it's unique engineering aspects, design aspects, etc. It's easy to put down any car, but quite another feat to see beyond the end of your nose (especially when you have it elevated so high in the air that you'll drown if it rains).
You are also insulting the ride of a person that many people here consider to be their friend. Jason Dale has, as a former Audi technician, given most of us long-time forum posters sound and excellent advice on a plethora of problems we have experienced over the last year, from transmission grinds to crazy electrical bugs. I for one appreciate his advice, and the time he takes from his schedule to help TT owners by sharing his knowledge.
You can certainly crow all you like about your TT, but please exercise some common courtesy and refrain from belittling another person's vehicle. That sort of behavior does not increase the value or status of your TT, it merely decreases yours. And after all, it's simply practicing good manners...

Sure, I'll cool it...but he started...about how fast his (sad & ugly) car was...
and how he has driven everything under the sun. (I guess being a valet will get you that kind of experience).
