exactly...which is why they also want everyone to give them high marks when called upon
to rate the dealer's service. yeah, the real money machine is the service department, not sales.

all you have to do is pack a bag for 1 week...find someone with a lift and some air tools
and start taking appointments. i would set up some time just for a few of my slight issues. i would be there in a heartbeat!

Sadly, this does not shock me. Did you call the service mgr back and let him know they tried to rip
you off, and you will be reporting it to AoA?(and the BBB, I would.)
