Do you think this'll fix the Morse Code effect too??

Lot of folks posted that problem (including myself). I hear the beep beep beep even when the defroster isn't on ...

Please don't tell me there is another noise to listen for!
Actually I could barely hear the whine noise, It is only slightly apparent when the CD hits a quite part and the volume is turned up fairly loudly. Everything else is fine. (The car is not even a month old)

The dealer feels most of the problems are lose ground wires. He claimed to have had a tech check the car before I picked it up.
