oil changes every 12000 km on maintenance appts include synthetic at my dealer

Same here, but most Audi dealers do not use Mobile 1. So,

all I'm doing is paying a charge for the oil, not the change. If I brought my own Mobil 1, there would be no charge whatsoever.
