The sad thing is - there are people out there that will pay for this
I had a similar experience a few years ago when I saw someone selling a "list of the rare property stamps for McDonald's Monopoly."
This information was widely available on other websites. I emailed the seller to ask why they would list an auction like that when this info is so readily available. She wrote back that yes, I am right, but people out there are willing to pay her for this info, so why not?
I say more power to him. No one is forcing anyone to pay for this - but people do. Doesn't make the seller a scumbag at all, IMHO. It makes him a capitalist.

I don't know about you but I find it BS that someone can try to sell something on Ebay that's not only 6 years old but it's flawed in the first place! THAT'S REASON TO LOL!! But Ebay I guarantee doesn't see a problem with it! Just as long as they get their cut. So what should be learned here.....think about it???

2nd, its more on the buyer...lots of ppl don't have the time or interest to read boards
like this one to scour for information. It doesn't make him a scumbag that he's selling readily available information. What makes him a scumbag is that he's probably selling something that he didn't work to attain. If he arrived at the A/C info independently w/o reading audiworld or wherever that's a different story...
