LOL, same old-sameold. My friend just bought a Raven/Baseball 225 Roadster. He asked the dealer
for all the 2002 options for me. My friend just called to say "my salesman knew less about the 2002 options than you do." So what is new???? Nothing. He decided not to wait for 2002 model, wanted it right away......yes, to impulse!!

When I bought my GTI VR6, I told the salesman to sit in the passenger's seat while...
...*I* have *him* the new-owner familiarization tour when I picked the car up! He got into the car expecting to be telling me how to turn the windshield wipers on, and got out knowing how the internal diagnostics mode of the VW trip computer (MFA) worked. He said that his boss would get mad if he didn't spend at least 20 minutes in the car with me explaining the controls before I left the dealership, but I had the radio presets programmed and everything in 5 minutes.....
