Default Oh and just noticed that H&R 21 MM rear bar.---

I have that too but removed it. A bit too much rear bias for me on my stock springs and Koni Sports. Great for low--medium speed corners but too loose in high speed corners for my likeing. (maybe a better driver would like it. :-) ) Just be careful with high speed turns or maybe emergency lane changes and such. Steering is more challenging when you are going backwards. I experienced that at Barber in March.

Can I see an install guide? I'm pretty worn out from the timing belt... is it a quick install thing?

Default NOT quick unless you have the tools (HEAVY duty press) and have done it before.

I can make it quick with my installation services, though. I can install in to arms you send me ($150 for service only), or I can send you a set of arms with parts installed and you send me yours back ($200 plus $200 refundable deposit for service only).

Parts are extra.

If you are interested, let me know.
