I am just looking to lower the car, I do not race, but I drive very fast, and Iwanted to lower the car around a set of 17 inch stock wheels, plus possible 19 inch wheels later. What would you all recommend. Also if you could tell me some type of approx. pricing, to do it to all 4 corners, plus how much they would be dropped.

Seriously, to do what you want to do, properly, means investing in properly lowered springs, or an even better option, H&R coilovers - but it's not cheap.

I just don't know if I need to invest so much into that now. I was thinking just springs, since I do not know what coil-overs really mean. For now I think springs, I did not think they were more then like $400 total, plus maybe some more for installation. more ideas?

Reading those Rice mags @ newsstand again. Love the lingo!
Seriously, MichaelTT, Colonel Bogey, and Just Plain Cliff have posted lots on coilovers and resulting +'s and -'s. Listen to them.
Seems to me that Q's have the most problems; especially rear camber.
19's? And 30-series tires? or maybe 225-35's?
ouch! IMO.

I am happy with them except I am looking forward to putting new shocks on when Bilstein's become available or moving up to coilovers. I have had the shocks bottom out a couple of times on some good sized dips. I don't know if this would have happened with the stock shocks. In any event, the ride quality changed very little but the stiffness improved the handling. I noticed more of a change going to 18 inch wheels (rougher). In looking back, I would stay with 17's as the visual difference is negligible.
