Default Looking for a tool to maintain high RPM while parking

Hi all,

I am looking for a tool that can be used to increase the RPM to any desired RPM while the car is parking.

For example, something similar to that adjustable stick used in emission test stations.

I tried to search on Google but could not figure our what keywords to use.

Thanks,

Zapta

Default The one I saw at an emmision test station ...

... is kind of an adjustable stick that you put between the gas pedal an dthe steering wheel and by adjusting its length, you apply pressure on the pedal and increase the RPM of the car (while parking of course).

Default Looks interesting...

... I prefer a solution that is not TT specific so I can use it also on my other cars.

Default See if you can actually hold a specific RPM -->

by using your foot first. I can't. The torque demand system in the Bosch Motronic software seems to drift RPM higher and higher on my car. I cannot for instance hold 2,000 rpm using the gas pedal as input. I'd be interested to know if any of you can...

yep, same here. It's very difficult to hold a specific rev.

Curious as to why you need to do this?
