Default Looking at a used TT. What do these codes indicate?

Scanned the instruments:
VAG-COM Version: Release 607.3-D

Control Module Part Number: 8N1 920 930 J

4 Faults Found:
00668 - Supply Voltage Terminal 30
53-10 - Supply Voltage Too Low - Intermittent
01300 - Control Module for Navigation with CD-Rom (J401)
49-00 - No Communications
01304 - Radio
49-00 - No Communications
01305 - Databus for Infotainment
37-10 - Faulty - Intermittent

Default someone removed the battery. The NAV system is f'd up. The Haldex controller is suspect.

What does the dealer/used lot say?

It is a private party car. The owner wasn't away of any issues.

Default how did you get the codes? Check the fusable links, under the battery cover

Terminal 30 is this link. Might be weak or broken like this.

I was using a VAGCOM on my laptop. I didn't check the connector but I will now.

Default I just asked the owner, he confirmed that he changed the battery but

should I still worry about the Haldex controller? If so how much is a stock unit and can I purchse any rebuilt units?

Default Next question, this is a 2001 Roadster, what is it worth with 44k?

Are Edmunds, KBB, and NADA pretty close to the accurate price?

It needs TB, Haldex Controller, offer him $17K.
