lost sound
has anyone experieced a problem with their bose system not producing sound? after starting the car, i could not get sound from the radio or cd player. after turning off the ignition and restarting the car, the sound was fine. i have a 2003 ttqr with only 3000 miles. this is the first problem i have experienced.

That's a new one on me but I always turn my radio off before
I turn the enging off. I've never herd of that problem on this forum before but that's not to say it never happened. In 23 months the only thing my "TT" has done is the right hand window would go down all by itself (3-4 times ) I just live with it because it's like going to the Doctor,it never hurts when you see em.

We have the exact same problem! We also have a 2003 ttqr. They have replaced the deck twice so far, but to no avail. They are going to try a third time. A stereo installer said it may be the amps at the speaker. right now I'm just glad it generally comes on after a restart.
