Probably swapped the cluster and didn't reset the mileage...

Default easy enough to verify if the car was "occasionally" serviced at the dealer

any car that had warranty work done for the 1st 4 years probably had it done at the dealer. I'd only be suspicious of the mileage if there are no service records of any sort. A 6,000 mile car is going to look nearly factory fresh underneath, especially one from the South.

The only thing not original on that car looks like the tires, ALMS cars came with michelins.

Default same here, it doesn't seem unreasonable

although, I'd offer him low 20's. I paid a little more than the asking price, that was 5 years ago, with twice that mileage +13. Yeah, I remember the exact mileage since I had to write it on the bill of sale
