Within the past 8 months i have purchased a Audi tt 180 quattro. After not even having it 1 month my timing belt was sheared of all the teeth by some unknown cause. Which in turn bent 16 out of 20 valves! I tried to claim it as warranty but Audi of america said you went 137 miles past the 60,000 mark and we cannot help you. Well i just went ahead and purchased 20 NEW Stainless Steal Valves and all of the other components and had the head ported and ploished along with a 5 angle valve job! But now that the motor is back it pulls harder than ever but i am gettin the stupid check engine light!!! I am getting these 3 codes-P1517 P0237 P0106, i traced them back to the first one which is a (Main Relay Circut Electrical Malfunction) if anyone here has ever heard of such a thing or maybe where the main relay even is so i can look for a loose wire or something!!!
