Default Mechanical Difference 180 vs 225 Engines?

What are the mechanical differences of the 1.8L 4cyl 225HP engine compared to the 1.8 4cyl 180HP engine?<p>I know the 225 has a larger turbo than the 180 (kkk04 instead of kkk03), twin intercoolers (instead of single intercooler on the 180) and a different chipping to take advantage of he obvious changes, but what mechanically? I've heard head and valve work is different and I read somehere that the pistones and rods are "Racyer."<p>Who knows what as to be a fact?<p>Thanks,<p>Jay

Default Aviator Gray...

I would also like to see a picture of the Aviator Gray with the Denim Blue interior, since that is what I ordered. It's supposed to be in before the end of December 1999, so I will try to post pics when I get it.

I need another engine for a 2001 180 hp quattro. Someone is selling a 225 engine, can I use the long block and just swap my 180 intake/exhaust manifold with turbo and injectors over to the 225 and make it work?
