Picked up my new 225Q coupe on Wednesday night. On Sunday, washed (Gold Class Wash), polished (Show Car Glaze) and waxed (Gold Class Paste Wax), Quick Detail for touchup, and wow what a shine it has. I drove it into work today (it rained yesturday, so it was in the garage) and one of the guys told me it was like a wet piece of glass. Ahh, just what I wanted to hear!!! I sure do love this car, and look forward to making the finish look even better through the years. I also Quik Clayed my 1997 Grand Prix, and polished and waxed it. It looks as good as the TT. The clay is amazing!!! Thanks to all of your posts for making my wait and now my owning a TT fantastic!

I've use Meguiar'as for many years (Mirror Glaze) and just last week used the Cleaner Carnauba paste on my Dakota after clay bar. The finish is shiny and beautiful but after just a couple of nights outside and a couple of rain storms, the finish has started to dull and the water beads are starting to grow larger when wet. Probably not a problem for the TT that lives inside but definitely doesn't last very long. Just my observations.
