a milestone in my interior project -- plus some shots for cdnTT

got my tt back from the upholstery shop today. as usual, they did outstanding work -- i'd recommend this shop (a1 auto upholstery -- 781-891-6611) wholeheartedly to anyone in the metro boston area.
they reupholstered the headliner, visors, and pillars. they also changed all of the plastics from gray to black (see my list of part numbers from a few weeks back). the garage door opener switch is also present, but not yet wired (though that should be complete shortly)
the alcantara is code 9002, "soul", which matches the quattro sport seat inserts. it is actually very dark, almost black. however, due to the flash, it comes out more gray -- sigh. the quattro sport seats have not yet been installed, but hopefully will be in by the end of the weekend.

for cdnTT: close-ups of the visors. frankly, for hand-done work, these are the nicest visors i've ever seen. the first shot shows the leading edge (facing the driver); the second shot shows a close-up of the cross-stitching along the back egde. as an upholstery shop will tell you, the back edge is one of the hardest things to handle cleanly.
