modified the front inner fenders Sunday>>
This was a popular mod when I had 2nd gen Eclipse turbos. I cut out the louvered area and a couple inches toward the fender and rivited in wire mesh for more flow through the intercoolers. This was always good for a few hp on the Mitsu's and after reading M Power This! dyno of FMIC vs std 225 IC's I believe that the factory IC's are effective they just need more flow.
Now to figure out which front bumper/spoiler will be best...
