Default sounds like my project with the 3.2 *front* grills...lots of black dust, also a PITA.

Complete with loss of structural rigidity. Know how 'ya feel. Yeah, guess you'd have to use a semi rigid metal mesh to give that thing some form. As you know, it's hard to appreciate the loss of rigidity until after you've done it. Sitting in a pile of staticky black plastic dust, I'm trying to decide if my front grill will be able to be used or not. Fortunately these parts aren't bank breakers...don't let it get to 'ya too much man...have a good weekend.
